標題[討論] 設備的工作量看人機比準嗎?

雖然感覺人機比也不一定準確 但還是好奇問看看 產業不同 機台製程雖相同 設備結構卻也會不一樣 EX：晶圓/面板/太陽能都有蝕刻 機台有台製有進口 有新機/老機 有大台也有小台 還有進出料端搭配主機台 之前在封測 大約10個人處理200台 朋友在別的封測銲線則是 1比50 太陽能6人值班 1個人1條線 因為目前的工作 是一個人要顧著大大小小100台左右的設備 所以想問看看各位如果是機況除外 大約人力與機台配置是怎樣的比例呢? 再附帶問一下 日夜輪班的設備 應該是 自己要丟特休補休 要去找對班的來加班報加班費 這樣雙方 一來可以休息 對班又可以領加班費 是嗎? 不然如果上頭都要下面用 調班把有事情的班給調完 那還真的不知道特休補休何時才能用. -- 大發明家 漢默丁格 Heimerdinger the Revered Inventor 小心，科學日新月異！ "Science is on the march.
