退輔會就學輔導　提供多元管道

（軍聞社記者郭家良臺北二日電）行政院退輔會為鼓勵有志向學榮民及募兵制志願役退除役官兵繼續升學進修，以及基於為國培育人才宗旨，輔導志願役退除役官兵以獲取學位及提昇專業學能為主，使其能立即投入職場、穩定家庭生活，促進社會穩定繁榮。

　退輔會指出，志願役退除役官兵就讀國內大專校院及國外研究所具正式學籍，並符合「國軍退除役官兵就學補助及獎勵辦法」者，可向該會申請就學獎助學金，包括學雜費補助、成績優異獎勵等。

　退輔會就多元就學管道進一步說明，在自行入學方面，退除役官兵報考高級中等以上學校，參加登記分發入學或轉學考試成績給予加分優待；在辦理推甄及考選方面，區分推甄就讀專科進修學校、科技大學暨技術校院附設進修學院二年制技術系，以及考選就讀大學暨科技校院二年、四年制進修部，以提昇個人素質，促進就業機會，也將汲取專長和學識，回饋社會，蔚為國用。
