【林明瑋／台北報導】陳怡蓉昨赴高雄出席由設計相關系所師生參與的「高雄衣設計大賞」服裝設計競賽，並宣傳9月7日在高雄舉辦的Fashion’s night out全球購物夜活動。她認為購物的樂趣，在於自己喜歡的東西受到大家讚賞，不過她認為：「挑選到適合自己的東西是可遇不可求的，所以不管有沒有折扣我都會買，但不會把錢投資在衣服，會放在包包、配件上。」但每次下手的最高金額，她無法自己決定，她笑說：「我的錢都是媽媽在管，所以如果媽媽心情好，就可以多買一點囉！」
