張姓男子透過臉書朋友的共同朋友認識十三歲少女，二人相約見面並交往，去年五月十九日，張男帶少女回自己住處發生性關係，少女父親知道後告戒張男，要求他簽切結書，不再和少女見面，後來發現二人又見面而控告張男，台中高分院今依妨害性自主罪，判張男徒刑三年六月。
