【綜合報導】基隆市北寧路1棟2層樓住宅昨天下午2時許崩塌，今天上午基隆市長張通榮到現場勘災，面對災民質疑倒塌原因是市府在後方建排水溝，張通榮卻將責任撇到前任市長身上，表示自己當時還不是市長。

據《壹電視》報導，災民質疑房屋倒塌的原因是市府亂建排水溝，曾向市府行文多次要救改善問題，卻一直沒下聞，基隆市長張通榮在受訪時則反駁，市府沒接到任何案件，並指該地點本來就屬危險區域，曾規劃整村遷移。但面對媒體質疑為何一直沒處理時，張通榮卻又將說當時自己還不是市長，將責任撇清。
